What is human right violation in state of punjab in 90's? Is it really happened
In our research we found evidence of human right violation in punjab during 90's . Mainly such took in the police stations of Amritsar, Tarn Taran and in Gurdaspur. jaswant singh khalra found 2097dead remains of unclassified people's in creamation grounds of Amritsar near durgiana mandir , or in creamation grounds of Tarn Taran. According to his statistics 25000 innocents were killed unlawfully by police officials. in our research we found video in which S.I of punjab police expose the killings of innocent sikhs by police and SSP of Tarn Taran Ajit singh sandhu. According to him he was pormoted S.I from constable in single night only for this purpose by police officials. According to that police official he was blackmaled by senior police officers to obey their orders. According to him he killed 83 innocents under the pressure of officers.
Above video shows how police officials killed several innocents in punjab this is story of only one police station. imagine the situation of rest of the police stations of punjab. according to sources during the time of insurgency police officials was free to arrest any person without any paper work on the the behalf of terrorists. there are several examples which shows non-humanitarian nature of some police officials in the greed of promotions. here is example which shows suffering of affected peoples
a story of pyara singh of village bagrian (Tarn Taran) and his son 17 year old boy resham singh who were abducted by tarn taran police in the month of march 1993 and till date their family know nothing about them.. and in 2015 government give grant of 1.75 lakh to each family whose family member were killed illegaly may be by police officials. we know that during the time of insurgency there are several terrorists group were active in Punjab. and they were killed in several encounters with police .But police also killed several innocents on the behalf of terrorists in greed of promotions. Jaswant Singh khalra found dead remains of missing people in the creamation ground of amritsar and tarn taran no. of dead remains may be (6000 or above)
and even police has no evidence and argument why they abducted and how they killed. and police has no mortal remains such as clothes, even dead body. As they are unclassified according to police..

Once his Colleague was kidnapped by police and while in search khalra found that his colleague is not only one who is killed illegaly or creamated unlawfully by police without any mortal remains . then he start collecting data and then journey begins.As National Rights Commission of India certified the validity of his data.Jaswant singh khalra tooks various steps to raise his voice against unlawful activities and injustice. Khalra gives a historic speech in canadian parliament and also he submit varios docuuments in UN(united nations).
Mystery of khalra death
On 6 september 1995, while washing his car in the front of his house khalra was abducted by punjab police personals in blue colour Van. According to Kuldeep singh bachre (who was witness of this killing) describe that khalra was taken to chabhal Police station (small town in taran taran) after the abduction. The entire operation was done in chabhal police station where he was trchered under the orders of SSP Ajit singh sandhu and was supervised by DSP Jaspal singh. According to Kuldeep Dsp jaspal singh shouted ''You had been told not to proceed against us but you didn't agree''. Then jaspal singh went out from police station. after then khalra start crying and pleaded for water when he was not able to withstand the torture. then SHO Satnam singh arrived and told me to bring hot water . AS according to kuldeep he was on his way to bring hot water but he heard a sound of firing.According to kuldeep they shot him in neck and chest of jaswant singh khalra.and dispose his body in beas river..
